Product Overview

Live insect bioassays are the industry-standard way to confirm that a fumigation or fogging treatment actually worked. Caged adult test insects of a known species are placed throughout the treatment area, recovered after treatment, and assessed for mortality — giving you defensible, documented proof of efficacy for difficult structures, resistant populations, audits, and export requirements.

What’s Included

10 caged live-insect bioassays of the selected type. Placement and recovery are performed by the applicator, fumigator, or QA Manager.

Available Options

Adult Fumigation Bioassays
Used to help verify fumigation efficacy in commercial structures, chambers, containers, or other treated areas.

Adult Fogging Bioassays
Used to help verify space treatment or fogging efficacy in facilities, warehouses, food plants, and other treated areas.

Need Egg, Larval, or Pupal Bioassays?

Egg, larval, and pupal bioassays can be created upon request for specialized fumigation efficacy testing. These life stages may be useful when a more rigorous treatment verification program is needed.

Need Large-Scale Efficacy Testing?
