Shipping policy

Shipping availability and cost depend on the products and destination. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, we do not offer international shipping, and Puerto Rico is not available through normal online ordering. Online checkout is currently unavailable for Washington, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia; some equipment and monitoring products may be eligible for staff-assisted ordering after product-specific review, so email the exact items and delivery address to orders@fsszone.com before ordering. Pesticide availability depends on the exact product, destination, intended use, federal and state restrictions, FSS’s authority to sell there, purchaser credentials or stewardship requirements, and shipping restrictions. A request does not guarantee approval; ordinary in-stock parcel orders generally require one to two business days of handling, which is not transit time or a delivery guarantee.
