Does using the calculator place an order?
No. The calculator only estimates how much fumigant a job needs and the package quantity to order. Adding cases to your cart is still just a cart — nothing is purchased until checkout is completed or FSS finalizes an approved request with you.
Is the calculated quantity an estimate?
Yes. Results are planning estimates from label data (rates reviewed August 2026). They do not replace the current product labeling — always read and follow the current Applicator's Manual for the product you use.
Where can I view the current Applicator's Manual?
Every calculator result includes a “View Current Applicator's Manual” link for the selected product. Manuals are also linked from each fumigant's product page.
What if I don't have a current applicator license?
Restricted Use Pesticides can only be purchased with a current applicator license. Grain protectants may be another option for stored-grain protection, or FSS can perform the fumigation for you — use the links above.
How do I submit a purchase request?
Add the fumigant to your cart. Approved FSS customers check out as usual; if you are new, or your approval has expired, choose Request Fumigant Purchase from the cart. FSS verifies your license before any order is finalized, and no payment is taken when you submit a request.
