Product Overview
The cylinder adapter is the connection between a fumigant cylinder and the application line. It connects to the fumigant cylinder at one end and accepts push-to-connect tubing at the other. FSS lists adapters for two separate systems, sulfuryl fluoride and methyl bromide; each is offered here in two line-connection sizes. All four adapters on this page are hand-tight.

- Fumigant system. Select sulfuryl fluoride or methyl bromide to match the cylinder you are connecting to.
- Line connection. Select the push-to-connect size that matches the line you are running, either 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch.

Compatibility and system restrictions
Sulfuryl fluoride and methyl bromide adapters are not interchangeable. FSS lists them as separate items and neither is sold as a substitute for the other. Do not fit an adapter intended for one system to a cylinder of the other.
The line connection size is a separate decision from the fumigant system. Choosing the correct gas does not size the fitting for you — check the push-to-connect size against the tubing you will actually run.
Confirm the valve connection on the cylinders you receive before ordering.

What is included / not included
Included. The sulfuryl fluoride variants are supplied as complete two-piece adapters: the hand-tight tank adapter piece together with its push-to-connect fitting. The methyl bromide variants are supplied as the hand-tight tank adapter with the push-to-connect connection listed above.
Not included. Fumigant and cylinders are not included. Tubing, line fittings and manifolds are available on separate product pages. The tank-adapter bushing and methyl bromide nipple tip are not included; contact FSS to confirm availability.
